A bench scraper for dividing and shaping high-hydration doughs and transferring ingredients from your board. Also perfect for cutting biscuits, gnocchi and other soft doughs.

Solid walnut and food-grade stainless steel, or copper and mahogany. Finished with an oil and beeswax finish. Hand-wash and oil when needed.
